Coffee Republic Case Study

The Challenge

Coffee Republic are one of the UK’s leading coffee chains, with 34 coffee bars across the UK and 18 international bars in countries such as Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and major Spanish airports. Prior to working with Simpson Group Coffee Republic ordered all printed point of sale via email which was timely and complex. They also had no way of viewing artwork proofs and could not track order progress from print to delivery.

The Solution

Simpson Group worked with Coffee Republic to develop a branded web-to-print system, providing them with a quick and easy ordering portal to produce targeted, regionalised and highly relevant POS for direct delivery to store. Each product is printed on demand and can be a static graphic, or a more powerful bespoke item.

All items can be placed in the basket as per a conventional e-commerce website. Prices are transparent and the client can immediately see what cost is incurred.

The Result

The system has so far saved Coffee Republic £2000 over just 2 campaigns with this saving expected to increase per month.

Coffee Republic's Marketing Manager, has saved 40+ hours in administrative work per month.

The parcel tracking information has allowed for more detailed communication between the company head office and their franchisees.
